Cancellation Policy
BOOKING YOUR CLASS Payment Options: We accept payment by credit or debit cards , or online transfers at the time of booking. Please note that when booking your Reformer classes, payment validates your booking. If payment is not made 24 hours before the class, the booking will be cancelled to avoid no shows or last minute cancellations. CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a minimum of 6 hours notice to cancel a class reservation without penalty. Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows will be charged the full class fee. This fee will be automatically applied to your account/ subscription on file. You can cancel or reschedule your class reservation online through your account or by contacting the studio at 09039485031 or info@ophil.org.
