The Ophil Journey

Ophil Wellness was founded in order to provide comprehensive services that support and foster the health of our customers.
We started in 2017 in Abuja Nigeria, and have since been providing our clients with the necessary tools to lead a healthier, happier, and more balanced lifestyle. We love working with clients from all walks of life who all share the common goal of bettering their mind, body, and soul. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental fitness, Ophil Wellness provides the resources to do so in a healing and friendly environment.
We offer a variety of treatments, classes and services to improve and help you maintain your optimal health. Our sessions are designed to promote physical fitness and emotional wellbeing, combining yoga and pilates with elements of mindfulness, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. OUR FOUNDER

Cynthia Theophilus

Cynthia is a passion driven Yoga and Pilates Instructor who has expanded her knowledge as an instructor into Health and Fitness.

She is the Founder of Ophil Wellness &
Lifestyle and is very passionate about promoting the general health and wellness of others in the society. She started teaching in 2015 and has since then followed her passion to inspire people of all ages and abilities to live healthy, happy lives through a regular practice (whether that practice is physical, spiritual or a bit of both), clean eating and getting comfortable in one's own skin.
She believes that yoga & pilates is not just an elite form of exercise, but a pathway to better understand the mind.
