How do I sign up for classes?You can book online through our website or Instagram, or give us a call to reserve your spot. Walk-ins are also welcome, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

What are your studio hours?Our studio is open from 7am - 7pm on Mondays to Fridays, and on Saturdays, we are open from 8am to 5pm.

What should I bring to class?We recommend bringing a water bottle, a towel, and wearing comfortable workout attire. For yoga classes, you may want to bring your own mat, although we do provide mats for student use.

Do you have amenities like showers ?While our studio is equipped with restrooms and changing facilities for your convenience, we unfortunately do not have showers at the moment.

From yoga mats and props to fitness wears, you'll find everything you need to support your wellness journey. Feel free to browse our selection before or after your class.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
