Ophil Dance Fest is part of Ophil Wellness’ third anniversary celebration — a high-energy morning of movement, music and community.
Join us for 90 minutes of dance fitness featuring Zumba, Afro Dance and Step Fitness, led by Dooshima.
This event is designed to be fun, expressive and beginner-friendly. You do not need to be a dancer to attend. Just come ready to move, sweat, laugh and celebrate with the Ophil community.
