As the year winds down and life feels overwhelming, BREATHE offers you a soft place to land — a moment to pause, reconnect, and gently return to yourself. Through intentional breathwork, stillness, and a powerful aromatherapy experience, you’ll be guided into a state of calm where your breath finds rhythm, your body feels seen, and your spirit feels held.

At the heart of this event is Aromatherapy; essential oils chosen with care to speak directly to the limbic system, the part of the brain responsible for emotion, memory, and instinct. Each aroma is intentionally layered to signal to your body that you are safe, grounded, and allowed to rest.
